So, I'm Back...

It has been a good long time since I've made a blog post.  Not that I think I really  have any "regular readers" that I've been letting down, but I find that this is a good outlet for the things I'm thinking about and a platform to get things off my chest.  My new goal is going to be to do one good blog post per week, at least.  I shall start this tomorrow, with a blog about my most recent 50K, which actually ended up being 33 miles instead of 31.

Here's to the start of a productive training month!!
